Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant/Officer will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Working Hours:
8:30AM to 6:00PM (Monday to Friday)

Transport to and from office provided at Kranji MRT station

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls promptly to facilitate effective communication

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Prepare and edit emails, letters, reports, and instructional documents

Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for engineering project

Prepare tender qualification documents

Provide administrative support to project teams

Required competencies and certifications

Proficient in MS Office applications, including intermediate MS Excel and MS Word skills

Knowledgeable in PC applications and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office 365

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to details and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Willing to grow and up skill consistently with ability to work independently

Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)

Preferred Qualifications

GCE ‘N’ levels, O levels, Higher Nitec, Nitec, ITE or equivalent qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant work experience will be advantaged

Fresh out of school candidates are welcome; training will be provided
