Our client is a licensed digital lending platform focused on fast, accessible financing for Malaysian SMEs and micro-entrepreneurs. Backed by international investors, they’ve recently introduced AI-powered loan screening technology and are actively expanding into regional markets. Small, focused team — with direct access to founders and real ownership from day one.

The Role

They’re hiring a hands-on Senior Associate, Marketing to support and execute their full digital marketing function. You’ll work closely with the founders, coordinating freelancers and agencies to deliver campaigns across paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, content, and lead generation. This is an execution-heavy role — you’ll be doing, not just planning.

What You’ll Do

• Execute and optimise digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Support SEO/SEM initiatives and monitor website performance
• Manage content calendars and coordinate content production with freelancers and creative agencies
• Support lead generation campaigns and track funnel performance
• Assist in event coordination, webinars, and agent/partner communications
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
• Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams

What They’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Comfortable running paid media campaigns independently across Meta and Google
• Familiar with analytics tools — GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent
• Experience coordinating external agencies or freelancers
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a lean startup environment
• Open to all industry backgrounds — fintech or financial services is a plus, not a must
