Job description

• Check and verify all incoming stock to ensure the correct items and quantities are received.
• Keep track of stock movement, including incoming and outgoing items.
• Arrange and organise products neatly for easy access and storage.
• Perform regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor stock availability and inform the team when restocking is needed.
• Keep the stockroom clean, organised, and safe at all times.
• Record damaged, missing, or returned items and update inventory reports.
• Assist with daily warehouse and inventory operations.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel. Experience with inventory systems is a advantage.
• Well-organised and able to maintain accurate stock records.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling, lifting, and arranging stock.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work Location: Sentul, Kuala Lumpur.
