Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administration of insurance policies and claims
• Support the processing of policy applications, renewals and amendments
• Respond to client enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Keep the insurance management system updated with accurate, up-to-date records
• Prepare documentation, reports and correspondence as required
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or insurance-related role
• Good understanding of insurance procedures, policy handling and claims processes
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office tools
• Meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Cooperative team player who is adaptable and eager to learn
