About the role

This role involves managing a full set of accounts including Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger, Balance Sheet, budgeting and other accounting reports. You will handle bookkeeping for daily transactions, manage intercompany accounts and reconciliation, handle quarterly GST reconciliation and prepare monthly and year-end financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including daily accounting operations, AP and AR.

• Perform bank reconciliation, 3-way matching, payment processing and cash flow monitoring.

• Handle monthly closing, journal entries and management reports for multiple entities.

• Manage invoicing, credit notes, staff claims and intercompany billing.

• Verify payroll listings prepared by HR and arrange salary payments.

• Handle quarterly GST reconciliation and filing.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretaries and relevant authorities on tax, audit and compliance matters.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field

• Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Mandarin

• Microsoft Office Word & Excel

• Knowledge in MYOB Accounting software

• Mature, able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to start work immediately
