Responsibilities
China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) is incorporated in the People's Republic of China as a State-owned Enterprise headquartered in Beijing with major construction activities throughout Asia, Middle East and Africa and the Hong Kong Branch was established in 1988, since then, CCECC has been an active participant in the territory's construction industry.
Currently, CCECC approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the four major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”. In providing quality services to our clients, we have been implementing a series of international standardized management system including ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Responsibilities:
Develop 3D BIM Models based on BIM Modelling Standards and project specifications;
Perform clash detection and attend BIM coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and site teams;
2D drawings production, quantity takeoffs from the 3D models;
Develop and maintain BIM Standards, templates and libraries
Requirements:
Degree or Higher diploma holder in architecture, structure, engineering, building services or a related discipline;
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in BIM modeling and coordination for construction projects;
CIC Certified BIM Coordinator certificationis a must;
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, Experience in 4D simulations and knowledge of Fuzor is an advantage.
