Responsibilities
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technician to support the maintenance and operation of our blow moulding and injection moulding machines. If you enjoy troubleshooting, machine maintenance, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on blow moulding and injection moulding machines.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Carry out mould installation, mould changes, and machine setup.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and auxiliary equipment.
- Support production during machine start-up and changeovers.
- Ensure machines operate safely, efficiently, and meet production requirements.
- Maintain proper maintenance records and follow 5S and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in blow moulding and/or injection moulding machine maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with machine troubleshooting and mould change.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
