Job Description:

·      Prepare ingredientsincluding washing, cutting, portioning, and cooking.

·      Operate kitchenequipment such as ovens, rice cookers, stoves, and other food preparationequipment according to recipes and SOPs.

·      Assemble salad bowlsand food orders accurately during serving hours.

·      Serve customers efficientlyand courteously over the counter in a fast-paced environment.

·      Monitor inventorylevels, assist with stock replenishment, and receive deliveries.

·      Track, reconcile, andverify daily sales reports & sales orders.

·      Maintain cleanliness,food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

·      Assist with stockreplenishment, receiving deliveries, and general kitchen duties as required.

Requirements

·      Willingness to learnand work in a fast-paced environment.

·      Comfortable with anactive, hands-on role that involves standing and moving around during shifts.

·      Ability to followinstructions and work effectively in a team.

·      Basic understanding offood safety and hygiene practices.

·      WSQ Food HygieneCertificate Level 1 is preferred.

·      Minimum 1 year ofkitchen or food preparation experience is preferred.

Work Schedule

·      6-12 hours flexible shift

·      5 or 6-day work week
