Job Summary
Be the technical face of our product for enterprise and public-sector customers locally and overseas. Deploy our application on-premises and in the cloud, advise on infrastructure, and resolve issues from installation to live support.
Responsibilities
Deploy and test the application in cloud and on-premises environments to ensure smooth implementation
Prepare for and execute on-site deployments, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime
Advise customers on infrastructure prerequisites aligned with their architecture goals
Troubleshoot dependencies including infrastructure, network, and security during implementation phases
Configure integrated solutions such as antivirus and third-party products to optimize system performance
Manage customer expectations effectively throughout deployment and support processes
Respond to customer issues via support emails and portal, providing timely resolutions
Test application releases for local and international customers to maintain quality standards
Run SQL queries to analyze usage patterns and assist senior developers in troubleshooting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker containers and Kubernetes
Exposure to customer-site deployments, security tools, or scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Other Information
A structured 6-month on-the-job training programme with mentoring by senior engineers
Exposure to local and international customer projects
