Job Responsibilities:

1.Assist with daily accounting and finance-related tasks.

2.Organise, enter and verify financial data, including invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and supporting documents.

3.Assist in checking sales, income and expense records across company outlets to ensure accuracy and completeness.

4.Assist with accounts payable and receivable, expense claims and routine reconciliations.

5.Perform other reasonable duties related to the role as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1.Familiar with basic functions of WPS Office, Microsoft Excel and other office applications, with basic data processing and spreadsheet skills.

2.Detail-oriented, responsible and reliable, with good learning ability and the ability to carry out tasks efficiently.

3.Good communication and teamwork skills, with the flexibility to adapt to work arrangements.

4.Willing to learn accounting and finance-related knowledge and continuously develop professional skills.

5.Relevant working experience is an advantage. Entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
