Job Summary

Lead project execution by planning, monitoring, and coordinating resources to deliver mechanical and electrical engineering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Monitor and plan assigned projects to ensure completion within deadlines and budget

Determine resource requirements and identify skilled personnel to execute projects successfully

Source vendors and oversee procurement to meet project specifications and delivery schedules

Build and maintain key customer relationships to support project development and client satisfaction

Manage project delivery compliance, ensuring quality and on-time service levels are met

Document project progress and maintain accurate records for transparency and tracking

Assist in project tendering by compiling detailed costing information

Prepare client quotations accurately reflecting project scope and costs

Present project costing reports to monitor financial performance and ensure budget adherence

Manage team members and coordinate communication among stakeholders to facilitate effective information sharing

Participate in performance reviews to support team development and project success
