Human Strategy & Talent Acquisition Manager

-Develop overall human resource strategies aligned with corporate business objectives.

-Oversee full-cycle talent recruitment, with focus on sourcing talents from mainland China and in-depth knowledge of mainland recruitment market and channels.

-Design and implement HR policies, optimise organisational structure, and provide practical recommendations to senior management.

-Build talent pipeline, formulate talent retention and development plans to improve team stability.

-Supervise recruitment team, manage recruitment budget and KPIs, continuously enhance recruitment efficiency.

Job Requirements:

-A recognised university degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.

-Minimum 5 years of relevant HR work experience

-Solid experience in recruiting talents from mainland China and familiar with mainland recruitment market.

-Experience in formulating and implementing HR policies and organisational restructuring, capable of delivering practical advice to management.
