Company Overview

SMARTr International Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based manufacturer and supplier specialising in electrical cable containment and support systems, including conduits, cable trays, trunking, and metal framing solutions for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers including: preparation of document, presentation, quotations, closing orders, and resolving customer query
• Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive market expansion and grow the customer base.
• Building relationships and promote the company's products and services with potential customers;
• Coordinate with other departments (Procurement/Warehouse/Logistics) to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals
• Responsible for the forecast of annual sales, and sales targets
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitors’ activities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, M&E, or industrial products
• Familiarity with electrical conduit, cable containment, or related products is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Possess Class 3 driving licence (preferred)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm

13th month bonus

Monthly Incentives based on sales performance (subject to company performance review)
