Job Description

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Conduct visual inspections and measurements to identify product defects or non-conformities.
• Ensure products meet company specifications and customer quality requirements.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality inspection reports.
• Identify, segregate, and report defective products to the supervisor or QA/QC team.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards.
• Assist in investigating quality issues and reporting recurring defects.
• Maintain and properly handle inspection tools and measuring equipment.
• Ensure proper handling, identification, and traceability of inspected products.
• Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and housekeeping requirements.
• Work closely with production and QA/QC team members to maintain product quality and achieve quality targets.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in QC inspection or a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, careful, responsible, and able to identify product defects.
• Able to read and follow work instructions, inspection criteria, and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Disciplined, reliable, and possesses a positive working attitude.
• Good attendance and time management.
• Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.
• Must be willing to relocate to the assigned work location.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
