Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from award to handover: scope, schedule, budget, and quality

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors

• Review drawings and specifications, and coordinate shop drawings and submissions for approval

• Plan fabrication and installation schedules with the workshop and site teams

• Oversee and supervise all job sites and site supervisors

• Monitor progress on site

• Ensure work complies with WSH requirements and BCA standards

• Manage project costs, variations, and progress claims

• Attend site coordination meetings and prepare progress reports for management

• Support tendering: quantity take-off, costing, and preparing quotations

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field; Diploma holders with relevant experience are also welcomed

• At least 3 to 4 years of project management experience in construction; steel fabrication or metal works experience is a strong plus

• Able to read and interpret engineering and shop drawings

• Familiar with Singapore WSH and BCA requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and site teams

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Competent in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or project scheduling software is an advantage

• Valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
