• Reporting to General Manager in China and responsible for all manufacturing activities in the plant inclusive of corporate strategies and operations.
• Improve manufacturing and technological processes to achieve Best in Class Operations.
• Schedule production activities in accordance to customers’ requirements
• Manage the various manufacturing activities of the plant and ensure compliance to QEHS and other requirements
• Monitor and improve manufacturing yield and efficiency
• Build good rapport with customers through timely feedback on product quality performance

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Language proficiency to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders in China
• Able to complete multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Based inChina
• Monthly salary and expatriate package
