Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Branding, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of Graphic Design and Branding.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• Good eye for aesthetics, especially in F&B, Retail, Packaging, Product Presentation, and Space Branding.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and proactively suggest improvements.

• Experience in F&B, Retail, Branding, Creative, or Marketing is an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

• Independent, proactive, creative, and willing to take ownership of projects.

• Comfortable working with suppliers, printers, vendors, outlets, and external partners.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand & Creative Executive (Cafe Branding & Design) to join our Marketing team. This role focuses on maintaining and developing our brand identity across products, outlets, marketing campaigns, events, and various customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the brand’s overall visual identity across products, outlets, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints to ensure brand consistency.

• Work closely with the Marketing team on the visual presentation of Food, Beverage, Bakery products, Events, and Marketing Campaigns.

• Design and develop marketing and branding materials including Menus, Posters, Packaging, POSM, Signage, Merchandise, and promotional materials.

• Develop and enhance brand touchpoints such as Cups, Tissue, Stickers, Bags, Boxes, Uniforms, and other branded items.

• Conduct regular Outlet Brand Checks to identify visual inconsistencies and recommend improvements.

• Lead branding setup and design execution for new outlets, new products, campaigns, and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with suppliers and printing vendors on quotations, artwork, sampling, materials, production, and final product quality.

• Coordinate with KOLs / influencers and support the execution of KOL collaborations and related marketing activities.

• Manage Brand Collaborations with outlets, including coordination, branding materials, communication, and on-site execution.

• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered according to timeline, quality, and brand guidelines.

• Support the Marketing team in events, campaigns, launches, and other brand-building initiatives.
