We're hiring: Business Development & Sales Manager (Singapore)

Our Constellation Retail Store Lighting project just won a 2026 A' Design Award and was exhibited in Italy.

Illuminating Asia is an award-winning Singapore lighting consultancy with [15/16] years of experience. We take clients from paper sketches to final switch-on: design, engineering, supply, and installation, all under one roof. Our work includes Marina One, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, CHIJMES, and Haw Par Villa.

We're looking for an experienced sales manager to grow two sides of the business:

About 70% consumer sales: our patented Lune Brillante range, including HAGA coveless cove lighting, for homeowners and their interior designers

About 30% business development: lighting projects with architects, property developers, and interior designers

What you bring

• A proven record of meeting and beating sales targets
• Honest, consultative selling that earns referrals
• A network with architects, developers, or interior designers is a strong bonus

What you get

• Base S$3,500-4,000 per month + 5% commission
• Typical total earnings S$5,000-6,000, with top performers earning S$11,000+
• Award-winning projects and a patented product line to sell
