Full-Time Outcall Personal Trainer | Earn Up to $100/hr Within 4 Months

Want to spend more time coaching and less time filling your calendar? Join our outcall personal training team and work with clients at their homes, offices and preferred locations across Singapore. We provide scheduling support so you can focus on helping clients make real progress.

What you'll earn

• Opportunity to progress to up to

$100

per coaching hour within your first four months, based on performance

• Our trainers earn around

$8,000 a month on average

; individual earnings vary with sessions and performance

• Performance bonus, with opportunities for quarterly and annual pay increases and commission

What you'll do

• Deliver safe, effective one-to-one training sessions tailored to each client's goals
• Build training plans, track progress and check in regularly
• Coach proper technique and adapt sessions as clients improve
• Build strong client relationships and represent the team professionally

What you'll bring

• Personal training or fitness certification
• A sound understanding of anatomy, physiology and evidence-based training
• Clear communication, reliability and a genuine interest in helping people get fitter
• Willingness to travel islandwide for client sessions
• Coaching experience is welcome, especially outcall or home-based training, but not essential
