Key Responsibilities

• Assist the FOH Manager with daily service operations.
• Prepare staff schedules and provide on-the-job guidance.
• Ensure service standards are properly implemented.
• Maintain an organised dining environment and respond to customer needs.
• Support employee training and inventory checks.
• Assist with other operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience in restaurant FOH operations or junior management preferred.
• Strong customer service awareness and communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible and capable of leading a team.
• Fluent in Mandarin; English or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Candidates with management experience but no F&B background are also welcome to apply.
• Pre-employment training will be provided.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
