Job Description

Requirements

  • >1–2 years experience in sales, telemarketing, customer success, key account manager or related roles

  • Strong communication skills (English, Mandarin is required.)

  • Comfortable speaking with customers via phone and messaging

  • Goal-driven and motivated by performance / conversion targets

  • Able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

  • Fast learner with interest in e-commerce / TikTok / digital tools

  • Experience in SaaS, TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or Digital Subscription is a plus

Responsibilities

  1. Engage with inbound leads from marketing channels (no cold leads)

  2. Understand users’ needs (TikTok sellers, creators, agencies) and guide them on how Kalodata can help. Conduct product walkthroughs / demos to showcase Kalodata’s value

  3. Convert users into paying customers through:

    • Calls (telesales)

    • WhatsApp / messaging

    • Zoom demos / product walkthroughs

    • Follow-ups and nurturing

    • Face 2 Face

  4. Educate users on product value and use cases to increase conversion rate

  5. Handle objections and build trust with potential customers. Maintain relationships with users to improve retention and renewal

  6. Track user journey from lead → activation → payment

  7. Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion strategy

  8. Provide feedback on user behavior, Track and report user feedback, objections, and insights

  9. Handle basic customer inquiries and provide timely support
