• Minimum Secondary School education.

• Previous experience in retail, inventory, stock handling or consumer goods is preferred.

• Good basic numeracy, literacy and English communication skills.

• Good customer service skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Organised, independent, detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.

• Malaysian citizen.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing stock and inventory within the retail store, ensuring accurate stock movement, proper stockroom organisation, timely replenishment and compliance with store standards.

Key Responsibilities

Stock & Inventory Management

• Handle stock receiving, returns and movement accurately.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system/theoretical stock.

• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts and annual inventory activities.

• Monitor stock levels and identify soon-to-expire products, following FIFO procedures.

• Keep the stockroom organised, clean and properly maintained.

• Assist with inventory activities at other stores when required.

Store Operations & Replenishment

• Ensure products are replenished on the sales floor according to stock requirements.

• Support product launches and promotions by ensuring sufficient stock availability.

• Ensure shelves, fixtures, testers and price labels are properly maintained.

• Follow merchandising guidelines and store planograms.

Compliance & Other Duties

• Follow store audit procedures and inventory control requirements.

• Complete tasks assigned by the Store Management Team.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy, organisation and integrity in daily operations.
