Relevant experience in renovation, construction, interior design & build, site supervision or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Site Supervisor level.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.

Able to read and understand construction drawings, plans and specifications.

Familiar with construction site operations, renovation processes, materials, work coordination and safety procedures.

Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Able to coordinate effectively with workers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

Willing to travel to different project sites as required.

Willing to follow project working schedules.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, cost control and risk management.

Supervise and monitor daily construction and renovation activities at project sites.

Ensure all site work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, quality standards and safety procedures.

Lead, coordinate and motivate project teams, including workers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and relevant regulatory bodies to ensure project objectives, permits and approvals are obtained.

Monitor project and site progress, conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, and take corrective action for any issues, delays, defects or safety concerns.

Manage project financials, contracts and supplier or subcontractor arrangements to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and services.

Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and all work follows relevant building regulations and industry standards.

Coordinate materials, equipment and manpower required for site activities.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including site records, progress reports, change orders, financial reports and close-out documents.

Report project updates, issues and recommendations to management, and perform other site-related duties as assigned.
