Urgent Hiring – ServiceNow Business Analyst | Malaysia

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst & Implementation Specialist for an opportunity in Malaysia.

Role: ServiceNow Business Analyst & Implementation Specialist

Location: Malaysia

Work Mode: Onsite

Experience: 6–8 years overall, with 3+ years of ServiceNow experience

Contract: 6 months, extendable

Key Requirements

Strong experience in Business Analysis and ServiceNow implementations

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SPM/ITBM, HRSD or CSM

Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and CMDB

Ability to gather and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows

Experience mapping business processes to ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities

Experience working with developers and architects on backlog grooming, sprint planning and design walkthroughs

Hands-on experience with low-complexity ServiceNow configuration such as forms, flows, catalogue items and reports/dashboards

Strong experience in UAT, test scenarios, defect triage and sign-off

Experience preparing BRD/FSD, RTM, SOPs and training materials

Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience with JIRA or ServiceNow Agile Development

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills

Good to Have

ServiceNow CSA / CIS certifications

ITIL v4 Foundation certification

Experience supporting go-live, post-release adoption and governance
