Lead architectural and interior projects through the full journey — concept, design development, coordination, construction and completion — while guiding junior architects and working directly with clients and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field
• 3–5 years of architecture or interior design experience
• Project Lead / Senior Architect experience preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit & Adobe Suite
• Strong understanding of building codes & construction standards
• Strong project management & coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Good leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• English proficiency is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Architectural & interior projects from concept to completion
• Design drawings, layouts & specifications
• Project timelines, budgets & deliverables
• Client requirements & design presentations
• Coordination with consultants, contractors & internal teams
• Design quality, regulatory & construction requirements
• Junior architects & designers
• Client and stakeholder relationships
• Creative design solutions, materials & design improvements
