Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in the daily operation of theme park rides.
• Check rides and equipment before opening to ensure they are safe to operate.
• Ensure guests are properly seated and all safety belts and bars are secured before starting the ride.
• Monitor ride operations and report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to the Manager.
• Assist in handling emergency situations and report any accidents or incidents promptly.
• Assist in supervising the theme park operations team.
• Assist guests with enquiries and provide good customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

• Mandarin speaker is required.
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service Management, Business or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Willing to work 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Positive, hardworking and responsible.
• Willing to work at i-City, Shah Alam.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
