Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

Knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup, tooling, and machining processes.

Good understanding of dimensional accuracy and machining quality standards.

Able to troubleshoot basic machining and programming issues.

Set up and prepare 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines for production.

Install tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to technical drawings and specifications.

Load, verify, and adjust CNC programs before production.

Perform test runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot machining issues.
