• Handle guest inquiries through phone, messaging platforms, and booking channels.
• Manage booking confirmations, changes, cancellations, and check-in/check-out arrangements.
• Provide guests with accurate information about the property, rooms, rules, and services.
• Assist with front office duties, including guest reception, walk-ins, and check-in/check-out.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Operations, and Maintenance teams to ensure units are ready and guest needs are attended to.
• Handle guest complaints, issues, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate booking records, guest information, and daily reports.
• Ensure all guest communication follows company service standards.
• Report important guest feedback and operational issues to the relevant departments.
• Coordinate with Spread Cafe for breakfast arrangements and support the promotion of set lunch and hotpot buffet offerings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
