Job Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and record incoming goods.
• Check quantities and ensure goods are in good condition.
• Store and arrange goods properly in the warehouse.
• Pick and issue goods according to requests or orders.
• Update stock records and inventory systems.
• Perform regular stock checks and stocktaking.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or missing stock.
• Prepare delivery, transfer, and return documents.
• Ensure goods are properly labelled and stored.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised.
• Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, sales, and other departments.
• Perform other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work overtime when required.
