Responsibilities

• Manage daily cooking operations to deliver dishes that consistently meet restaurant quality standards
• Supervise and train line cooks to enhance their skills and ensure efficient kitchen workflow
• Assign daily food preparation tasks to kitchen staff to optimize productivity and readiness
• Operate the hot section of the kitchen to maintain smooth service during peak hours
• Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to prevent shortages
• Enforce kitchen safety and hygiene protocols to comply with health regulations and ensure a safe working environment
