Role & Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and nurses with daily clinic operations and patient care.

• Register patients, manage appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.

• Handle patient enquiries and provide friendly customer service.

• Assist with basic clinic procedures and prepare consultation rooms.

• Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing matters.

• Ensure the clinic, medical equipment, and supplies are clean and well-maintained.

• Perform administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the clinic management.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent qualification; relevant qualifications are an advantage.

• Previous clinic or healthcare experience is preferred but not essential.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills and ability to handle administrative tasks.

• Patient, responsible, organized, and service-oriented.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to learn and follow clinic procedures.
