Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-in customers, and existing customer communication channels.

Confirm customer order details, including product specifications, size, quantity, material, colour, completion date, delivery arrangement, and self-collection arrangement.

Coordinate closely with Designer, Production Department, Storekeeper, Logistic Department, Billing Department, and Finance Department to ensure smooth order processing.

Prepare Delivery Orders and Invoices using the UBS system based on Job Sheet and customer order details.

Ensure all billing information is accurate, including customer name, product details, quantity, price, Job Sheet number, delivery details, and payment terms.

Follow up on signed Delivery Orders and ensure completed documents are properly returned, recorded, and filed.

Assist in following up customer payment status, including new customer payment, walk-in customer payment, and existing customer credit terms such as 30 days, 90 days, or 120 days.

Assist the Finance Department in following up overdue payments and escalate payment issues to Management when necessary.

Handle customer complaints, billing enquiries, order amendments, invoice corrections, and Delivery Order-related matters professionally.

Maintain proper customer records, order records, Delivery Orders, Invoices, and supporting documents for easy tracking and reference.

Provide polite, professional, and timely customer service to maintain good customer relationships and protect the Company’s image.

Comply with Company SOPs, billing procedures, document control requirements, and confidentiality obligations.

Perform any other related duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Head of Department or Management from time to time.
