The Sales & Service Engineer is responsible for developing sales opportunities and providing technical support to customers throughout Malaysia. The role combines sales development with hands-on machine servicing, troubleshooting, repair, installation, commissioning, and application support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development;
• Machine Installation and Commissioning;
• Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Repair;
• Application and Customer Support, and
• Customer Relationship Management.

Travel Requirement: Regular travel within Malaysia, with occasional overseas travel for training or customer support.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical instrumentation or material testing.
• Prior experience with XRF, XRD, or similar spectroscopy instruments is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
