Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s equipment purchasing activities from oversea.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, products, and services.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate the best possible terms.
• Ensure purchases meet required quality, cost, and company standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum [5] years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of suppliers, sourcing, and procurement processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing/procurement systems.
