About the role

To ensure effective allocation and deployment of manpower resources across shifts and projects, supporting smooth operational performance and compliance with manpower policies.

Job Description:

• Plan and oversee the deployment of operational manpower across shifts, or projects.
• Coordinate with supervisors and deployment officers to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and readiness of personnel before assignment.
• Adjust manpower allocation in response to operational needs, emergencies, or absences.
• Maintain records of deployment schedules, headcount, and compliance with manpower policies.
• Report manpower gaps, inefficiencies, or planning issues to management.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of manpower scheduling and operational workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and shifts simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to liaise with supervisors and HR.
• Problem-solving mindset to handle last-minute changes.
