Job Description

• System Integration: Connect the company's software or hardware with client infrastructure (such as APIs, databases, ERP, or CRM systems).

• Configuration & Setup: Tailor and configure out-of-the-box or white-label solutions to match unique customer requirements.

• Testing & Troubleshooting: Run diagnostic checks, debug integration failures, and ensure the system is stable before "go-live".

• Data Migration: Help clients clean, map, and import their legacy data into the new platform.

• Client Training & Handoff: Train end-users or internal IT teams on how to use the system, then hand the project over to Customer Success.
