Job DescriptionAbout the roleResponsible for all accounting aspects of sales, manufacturing cost, distribution cost, inventory, and other related accounts – including posting of journal entries, analyzing reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.Coordination with other finance, business and operation departments to process transactions and review master data, including product standard costing.Identify root cause and drive process improvements to rectify errors and process gaps.Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting and finance (or equivalent)Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent)At least 3 years of working experience in audit or finance-related working role in multinational company; SAP knowledge is a plusStrong foundation in accounting principles and practices; US GAAP knowledge is a plusSelf-motivated team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills, and high ethical standardsAdditional language skill (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin) is a plus
