视觉开发（高级）工程师 / Senior Visual Development Engineer

职位要求（Qualifications）

Bachelor+ in CS/Software/AI preferred; 8+ yrs machine vision or automation R&D/implementation, industrial robot/non‑standard platform exp preferred.

3D vision, deep learning, emerging vision tech exp preferred; full project implementation with on‑site debug & problem‑solving.

Proficient in OpenCV or VisionPro; skilled in C#/C++/Python with strong coding ability.

Strong communication, teamwork, active learning, proactive;

Adaptable to travel and on-site support.

本科及以上，计算机/软件/AI优先；8年以上机器视觉或自动化项目研发实施经验，有工业机器人/非标平台项目优先。

有3D视觉、深度学习等新兴技术经验优先；参与或主导过完整项目，具备现场调试与问题处理能力。

精通OpenCV或VisionPro，熟悉C#/C++/Python，编码能力强。

沟通协调、团队协作、学习能力强，工作积极主动，责任心强，能适应出差及现场支持。

岗位职责（Responsibilities）

Develop detailed vision system design docs and drive project implementation within timeline.

Lead vision lab setup, lighting tests, component selection/validation, ensure compatibility;

Integrate vision platform with automation for data/control feedback.

Write technical docs/training materials; resolve technical challenges (unordered picking, dimension, surface defects), develop/optimize algorithms.

Establish development standards, promote new tech (AOI, 3D line scan, 2.5D positioning) in projects;

Continuously optimize algorithms for platform intelligence.

制定详细视觉方案设计文档，按时推动项目实施。

主导视觉实验室规划与落成，组织打光测试、选型验证及参数评估，确保部件匹配稳定；

完成视觉平台与自动化设备集成，保证数据与控制反馈有效。

编写技术文档和培训资料，攻克无序抓取、尺寸测量、表面缺陷等技术难点，研发或优化视觉算法。

制定完善开发规范，推动AOI检测、3D线扫描、2.5D定位等新技术落地，持续优化算法，提升平台智能化水平。
