• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, E-Commerce, or related fields.

• Experience in e-commerce, TikTok Shop, and livestream operations.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.

• Good understanding of livestream sales and audience engagement.

• Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with livestream platforms and analytics tools is preferred.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

1. Livestream Operations & Account Management

• Manage daily livestream operations and account performance.

• Plan and coordinate livestream schedules and sessions.

• Work with hosts to prepare livestream content and activities.

• Monitor livestream quality, host performance, and compliance.
  
  2. Livestream Performance & Revenue Growth

• Track and analyse livestream KPIs and performance.

• Improve traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue.

• Optimise content, products, promotions, and campaigns based on data.

• Prepare performance reports and reviews for management.
  
  3. Campaign Planning & Team Coordination

• Plan and execute livestream campaigns and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

• Test and implement new strategies to improve performance.
  
  4. Livestream Setup & Operational Support

• Ensure equipment, software, products, and displays are ready before each livestream.

• Support and troubleshoot operational or technical issues when needed.

• Maintain accurate livestream schedules, campaign records, and performance data.

• Ensure operations comply with platform policies and company guidelines.
