Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Konica Minolta's solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing and collection.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that drive market growth and revenue.
- Provide professional pre-sales consultation and post-sales customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using company systems and tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
- 3 years of sales experience is preferred. Experience in the office automation, ICT, printing, document management or related industry will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel when required (within state).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
