• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related fields

• 5-7 years of experience in executive support, office operations, administration, or business development coordination

• Background in property, architecture, hospitality, or operations-focused industries is an advantage

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and productivity tools

• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience with partner development in real estate, hospitality, and/or tech

• Knowledge of commercial leasing, facilities, or tenant management systems

• Multilingual (especially SEA languages: Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia)

• Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership in a startup

• Provide executive support by managing calendars, meetings, communications, travel arrangements, and confidential matters

• Coordinate leadership meetings, investor calls, site visits, and follow-up actions

• Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, meeting materials, and business documents

• Support daily office operations, documentation, expense tracking, and administrative tasks

• Conduct research and assist with business development activities, partnerships, and special projects

• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth coordination
