NetworkHub.Asia is being created to build and connect business and technology communities across Asia, starting from Malaysia and expanding into key markets such as Singapore, Indonesia, UAE and Hong Kong.

Our goal is to bring together entrepreneurs, founders, investors, companies, professionals and communities and create a network where people can discover opportunities, build relationships, exchange knowledge and grow together.

We are currently building the company and looking for talented people who want to be part of the journey from the beginning.

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth, Content & Community Lead to join our team on-site in Johor, Malaysia.

This is an important role for someone who can help us build the NetworkHub.Asia brand, grow our online presence, develop our community and represent the company publicly.

You will work across social media, content, SEO, community development, customer relationships and public speaking.

You will not simply manage social media. You will help build the voice, visibility and community of a new company from the ground up.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content

• Build and execute the social media strategy for NetworkHub.Asia.
• Create high-quality content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Produce articles, interviews, videos, short-form content and thought-leadership content.
• Build the personal and company presence of NetworkHub.Asia.
• Identify relevant trends, people, companies and opportunities across Asia.
• Develop content that attracts entrepreneurs, founders, investors and technology professionals.

SEO & Digital Growth

• Develop and implement SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
• Increase organic visibility and website traffic.
• Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance.
• Develop strategies to grow NetworkHub.Asia's online audience.

Community & Customer Management

• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, founders, investors, companies and community members.
• Help develop and manage the NetworkHub.Asia community.
• Engage with members, customers and partners.
• Develop initiatives that encourage networking and collaboration.
• Identify potential partnerships and business opportunities.

Speaker & Company Representative

• Represent NetworkHub.Asia at networking events, conferences, panels and workshops.
• Become one of the public voices of NetworkHub.Asia.
• Speak about entrepreneurship, technology, business growth, networking and the future of Asia.
• Participate in podcasts, interviews and industry events.
• Help establish NetworkHub.Asia as a recognized voice within the regional business and technology ecosystem.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is more than a marketer.

The ideal candidate has experience in several of the following areas:

• Social media and content creation
• SEO and digital marketing
• Community building
• Customer relationship management
• Business development
• Networking and partnerships
• Public speaking
• Events and conferences
• Startup or technology ecosystems

You should also be:

• A strong communicator in English.
• Comfortable speaking with entrepreneurs, executives and investors.
• Confident representing a company publicly.
• Creative and able to generate original content ideas.
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a new company environment.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Passionate about technology, entrepreneurship and the future of business in Asia.

Experience in AI, Web3, blockchain, startups, coworking, communities, digital businesses or technology companies is a strong advantage.

This is not a remote position.

We are building NetworkHub.Asia from Malaysia and want someone who will work directly with the founding team and be involved in building the company and its community on the ground.
