Requirements
Prefer 1-2 year in related industry
Have some work experience in Manufacturing environment
Experience in operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is an advantage.
Prefer SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. (relevant experience will be added advantage)
Responsibilities
- Candidates are required to work on a shift schedule.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Inspect products according to the required quality specifications.
- Perform Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Final Outgoing Quality Inspection of products as per specifications.
- Recommend approval or rejection based on inspection results.
- Carry out product inspections and handle rejected items.
- Inspect, test, and sample materials, assembled parts, and finished products for defects and deviations from specifications.
- Monitor production operations and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications, and make or recommend necessary process or assembly adjustments.
- Discuss inspection results with the relevant personnel and recommend corrective actions.
- Reject or dispose of products, materials, and equipment that do not meet the required specifications.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
