An established investment firm is seeking a Real Estate Investment Manager to support its investment activities, with a focus on financial analysis, investment evaluation and transaction execution.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting financial and commercial due diligence, and developing detailed financial models to assess investment returns and risks. The role will involve preparing investment proposals, conducting market research, analysing asset performance and supporting transactions from initial assessment through to execution. The individual will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including investment partners, advisers and other relevant parties, to support informed investment decisions and ongoing portfolio management.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of relevant investment experience, with strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities. Prior exposure to real estate or data centre investments would be advantageous but is not essential. Fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken, is mandatory, alongside strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
