CSE Telematics Hiring! Full Time Business Development Manager – Telematics in Selangor - Ricebowl

Are you passionate about automotive technology, telematics and fleet solutions?

CSE Telematics is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to grow our Fleet Management System (FMS) business in Singapore.

• Drive new customer acquisition and develop the Singapore sales pipeline
• Identify opportunities across logistics, last-mile delivery, mobility and corporate fleets
• Conduct customer needs assessments and vehicle audits
• Present telematics solutions, proposals and ROI/TCO models
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and implementation
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify upselling, cross-selling and renewal opportunities
• Work closely with deployment teams to ensure smooth customer implementation
• Support Singapore regulatory and compliance requirements, including IMDA, LTA and PDPA
• Develop business opportunities for automotive dealership accessories

• Degree or Diploma in Business,Marketing,Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience
• Experience in telematics, GPS tracking, FMS, IoT, mobility, logistics or automotive
  technology
• Strong track record in lead generation, conversion, negotiation and account growth
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of the Singapore commercial market
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is required
• Valid work authorisation in Singapore
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently
