• Position: Service Team Coordinator

The Service Team Coordinator will oversee and monitor the service team's Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and reports. The field engineers and technicians will carry out the site work and prepare the PM reports, while the coordinator will be responsible for monitoring progress, checking reports, and following up with the service team and management to ensure everything is completed properly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance Monitoring – Monitor the service team's PM schedules, activities, and reports, ensuring reports are submitted, checked, and followed up on accordingly.
• Customer Coordination – Coordinate with building management and customers to arrange service schedules, confirm appointments, and provide updates.
• Documentation and Reporting – Review service reports prepared by engineers and technicians, identify outstanding issues, and coordinate with the relevant managers and service personnel for clarification or corrective action.
• Internal and Customer Liaison – Act as a communication link between management, the service team, and customers to ensure smooth coordination and timely follow-up.
• Quotation and Repair Follow-up – Assist with preparing and coordinating service quotations, including repair or replacement works, and monitor progress until the approved repair or replacement is completed.
• Service Team Support – Follow up on outstanding maintenance issues, repair recommendations, customer requests, and pending documentation to ensure proper closure.

Training and Work Expectations

The company will provide guidance and training to help you understand our Building Automation System (BAS) / Building Management System (BMS), our service procedures, and the responsibilities of the service team.

During the first few months, you will also need to accompany our engineers and technicians on site to gain practical knowledge of the system, understand how Preventive Maintenance is performed, and learn how service reports and repair recommendations are handled.

As you gain experience, we will gradually define and assign the scope of responsibilities according to your capabilities and the team's operational requirements. The objective is to help you become confident in coordinating the service team, supporting management, and maintaining good communication with our customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
