Responsibilities

• Work towards achieving monthly store sales targets.
• Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure the store is fully stocked.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Identify and understand customers’ needs and preferences.
• Stay up to date with product information.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits to customers.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
• Actively participate in receiving new shipments.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Customer service oriented with the ability to attract potential customers.
• Able to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Candidate must be willing to work at Naelofar, Aeon Tebrau City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
