Responsibilities:

• Order processing and preparation of full set of export shipping documentations (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, permits, letter of credit).

• Coordinate with forwarders and warehouses for timely shipment.

• Monitor shipments and resolve customs or delivery issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and improve process.
• Ensuring all LC / shipping document submission to bank or customers with zero discrepancy within stipulated working days.

Job requirement

• Import & export documentation experience
• ⁠Letter of Credit experience
• With chemical background / experience is added advantange
