Job Purpose

Promote and sell motorcycles by engaging customers, providing product knowledge, and achieving dealership sales targets while ensuring a positive buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

3.1 Sales

• Actively promote and sell motorcycles to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.

• Engage customers, provide product knowledge, and conduct follow-ups to close sales.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

3.2 Online Marketing

• Drive online presence by promoting motorcycles, promotions, and customer engagement content.

• Respond to online inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.

• Assist in creating engaging content to attract potential buyers.

3.3 Administrative & Paperwork

• Prepare and process loans, sales agreements, forms, and delivery documents.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update sales reports.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and proper documentation procedures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achieve 15 units sold per month.

• Maintain the quality of online marketing by creating engaging content, responding promptly to customer leads, and driving digital engagement.

• nsure all sales and administrative documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
