Responsibilities
Brief Summary:
This position entails a pivotal role in business development, focusing on client acquisition and asset management across various regional markets. Ideal for candidates with strong networking skills and a proven track record in financial services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve targets for revenue and asset under management (AUM).
Establish relationships with accredited investors, institutional clients, family offices, and corporate investors.
Generate new business opportunities across designated regional markets.
Originate fund and asset management mandates, including bespoke investment solutions.
Maintain an active pipeline of business leads and convert opportunities to successful onboarding.
Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high standards of service.
Promote investment products and strategies while collaborating with investment teams.
Conduct market research to monitor trends and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in business development or sales within financial services.
Proven track record in client acquisition and capital raising.
Established network within the investment community, with specific knowledge of the regional markets.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to navigate different markets and cultural contexts effectively.
